4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Contact and enquiry data: 3 years from last contact
  • Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn + 1 year
  • Website usage data (Google Analytics): 26 months
  • HubSpot CRM contact records: 3 years from last interaction, or until deletion is requested
  • Financial and contractual records: 7 years (legal requirement)

You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 9.

5. International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers (including Google and HubSpot) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where such transfers occur, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • To comply with a legal obligation or respond to lawful requests by public authorities
  • To protect and defend the rights or property of U-NEGO

Embedded Content

  • Google Fonts, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter) — these services may set their own cookies when their content is loaded on our Site

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required, affected individuals in accordance with applicable law.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is directed at business professionals and does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
